Katherine Johnson designed True Self Style 101 as a springboard for women over 40 to confidently show up knowing they are aligned from the inside out. Katherine is the founder of The Leadership Presence Lab and True Self Leadership Presence Consulting. Her innovative True Reveal Method® gives people the tools to unlock opportunities more fluently and cultivate personal power through a congruent presence.
Growing up in a family of artists, Katherine earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and combines tenures in the private and public sectors with expertise in elite performance and mindset as a ten-time national squash champion and US Olympic Committee Athlete of the Year. She is trained in Positive Intelligence Coaching, The Core Values Index, and In Your Element image consulting
She believes in the power of changing the narrative of what leadership looks like and helping women find themselves, their voices, and their potential through a life grounded in authenticity and alignment.
